Power Technology CEO Announces Plan to Retire

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alternative energy company Power Technology (BULLETIN BOARD: PWTC) announced today that the company's CEO, Bernard J. Walter, has announced his intention to retire as CEO when a new successor is found. The Board of Directors will begin an immediate search for a new CEO on behalf of Power Technology.

Bernard J. Walter commented, "During my three years as CEO we have successfully obtained and defended our patents, built a prototype facility to manufacture our unique technology, and now need to take the company's technology to the market.
