Optical Cable Corporation Schedules Conference Call to Discuss Third Quarter 2007 Results

ROANOKE, Va., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Optical Cable Corporation , today announced that it will hold its third quarter of fiscal year 2007 earnings conference call on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The third quarter results are for the three-month and nine-month periods ended July 31, 2007 and are available at the Company's website at http://www.occfiber.com/.

Individuals wishing to participate in the conference call should call (888) 868-9083. For interested individuals unable to join the call, a replay will be available through September 27, 2007 by dialing (877) 519-4471, pass code 9192723. The call will also be broadcast live over the Internet and can be accessed by visiting the investor relations section of the Company's website at http://www.occfiber.com/.

As in the past, Optical Cable Corporation will answer questions from analysts and fund investors during the conference call.
