i2Telecom Signs International Distributor Agreement With Triamis Technology Group; Hong Kong-Based IT Solutions Provider to Offer VoIP Services in Asia-Pacific Markets

December 1, 2004

i2Telecom International, Inc. (OTCBB: ITUI), an emerging leader in voice/data communications technology for the Internet, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, has signed an international distributor agreement with Triamis Technology Group Ltd. (TTG). As a premier information technology (IT) solutions provider in the Asia-Pacific region, TTG operates one of the largest wireless broadband networks in Hong Kong.

The new agreement assigns to TTG certain distribution rights for i2Telecom’s InternetTalker MG-3(TM) VoIP microgateways in the Asia-Pacific region. i2Telecom will also provide TTG with access to its global VoIP network and operating support for the product, including its patent-pending technology, which enables cellular bridging to VoIP networks. TTG has already started marketing the InternetTalker MG-3 in Hong Kong and Australia, and it plans to introduce the product in India and other markets in the next several months.

“Given the market reach of TTG, this partnership significantly expands the availability of our high-quality VoIP solutions within the Asia-Pacific region,” stated Fenn King, President of i2Telecom International, Inc.’s China operations. “The cellular bridge feature of this solution will also allow users to access low-cost VoIP service from their mobile phones, thereby saving a great deal on international long distance calls. This should have widespread appeal in Hong Kong, where mobile phones have become very popular.”

“We are excited about these new products and look forward to leveraging our solid customer base, along with our network infrastructure and expertise in wireless, here in Hong Kong,” commented Vikas Bhandari, executive director of TTG. “In the near future, we plan to expand our offerings throughout the Asia-Pacific region, where we anticipate significant demand for VoIP technology.”
