Jeff Spenard, Modavox President of Internet Radio stated, "In addition to the industry leading Internet broadcast distribution we provide from our VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio networks, we have and will continue to establish affiliate radio networks for our top Internet shows like the Pat Summerall Show. The combined audience provides extended distribution and reach for our content and importantly it bolsters our own unique visitor count. To have our own produced content originating on our networks now being syndicated on terrestrial radio should prove beneficial as we look to leverage our position with advertisers simultaneously establishing new revenues in our Radio Division."
