Perfisans Networks Corp. Signs Agreement With Major Distributor and Supplier to Chinese Market

Lestina International Will Bring Perfisans' Gigabit Ethernet Accelerator to China and Hong Kong Equipment Manufacturers

Perfisans Networks Corp. (OTCBB:PFNH), a next-generation semiconductor manufacturer focused on the burgeoning Gigabit Ethernet market, today announced a distribution agreement with Lestina International Ltd., an authorized distributor and representative of a number of major US semiconductor manufactures for the China and Hong Kong markets. The agreement will add Perfisans' proprietary Ethernet accelerator chips to Lestina's network equipment product lines, thus extending Perfisans' reach to equipment manufacturers in these important Asian markets.

Lestina has more than 17 years experience distributing Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) to the China and Hong Kong marketplaces, and has sales offices throughout the region. They will market Perfisans' Gigabit Ethernet Accelerator and its next-generation broadband Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) solution to the China market. Lestina is the authorized distributor and representative of several major U.S. semi-conductor manufacturers for China and Hong Kong, and has extensive experience delivering technology solutions to a variety of Asian manufacturers.
