Exent to Distribute Ubisoft Titles for Games on Demand Services; Deal Signals Major Expansion of Exent's Turnkey Solution Content Offering

Exent Technologies Inc., the market leader in technology solutions for secure digital delivery of gaming and application software, has signed a content distribution deal with Ubisoft Inc., one of the world's largest video game publishers. As part of the deal, Exent has licensed more than three dozen PC CD-ROM games, including titles from the popular Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell(R), Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six(R), Myst(R), Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon(TM) and Prince of Persia(R) product lines.

As part of its turnkey offering, Exent offers licensed, protected content to its customers using the EXEtender(TM) technology platform. The addition of Ubisoft titles adds AAA content in the action, adventure and simulation categories.
