Intelective Communications, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Established Web Site Design Firm

Posted on: Wednesday, 17 October 2007, 09:00 CDT

Intelective Communications, Inc.(TM) (OTC:ITLV), an established online advertising agency (http://www.intelective.com/) is today announcing that it has negotiated the acquisition of a well established web site design firm, 82 Media, Inc.

"82 Media has done a wonderful job of building a turnkey customized web site design business by building great web sites and offering aggressive pricing, coupled with excellence in customer service," said Lee Traupel, CEO of Intelective Communications. "They've also done a great job of automating much of the ordering, payment and support process by building a customized back end to minimize costs. We anticipate that this acquisition will contribute a six figure amount or more in revenue per annum moving forward and it also gives us entry into the rapidly growing small to medium sized business market."

"Small businesses are embracing the web as never before -- an informational web site is now as vital to a small business as a Yellow Pages listing. Recent industry surveys indicate small businesses don't just want a web site -- they want a web site that is hosted, advertised and promoted from one online advertising agency (http://www.intelective.com/solutions.htm). We intend to maintain 82 Media's brand and build on it by offering small businesses bundled low cost/high value advertising services including: web site design, domain research and registration, logo development, search engine/directory submissions, affiliate and opt-in e-mail marketing."
