iMergent to Hold First Quarter Fiscal 2008 Financial Results Conference Call on November 6, 2007

iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG) announced it will hold its first quarter fiscal 2008 financial results conference call on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time or 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Donald Danks, chief executive officer, Brandon Lewis, president and chief operating officer, Robert Lewis, chief financial officer and Jeff Korn, general counsel, will deliver prepared remarks and conduct a question and answer session.
The conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.imergentinc.com. If you do not have Internet access, the telephone dial-in number is 800-639-0297 for domestic participants and 706-634-7417 for international participants. Please dial in five to ten minutes prior to the beginning of the call at 1:30 p.m. PT (4:30 p.m. ET).
