Pepperweed Launches Rapid Implementation Business Solutions Based on HP Business Service Management Software

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Pepperweed Consulting, an expert and certified provider of IT Management Consulting services, announced today the release of Rapid Implementation Business Solutions (RIBS). Pepperweed RIBS, based primarily on HP software, provides a unique, modular and exceptionally quick approach to implementing HP Business Service Management (HP BSM) software for small to large IT organizations.
Pepperweed developed RIBS as an easy, low-cost alternative to getting started with a business service management solution. RIBS are pre-packaged, modular solutions including best-practice collateral, professional services and software. This includes HP Discovery and Dependency Mapping and HP Universal CMDB (Discover & Validate), HP SiteScope and Alarmpoint Systems notification software (Detect & Notify), HP Business Process Monitor and HP Service Level Manager (Customer Experience) with HP Business Availability Center as the foundation for all the RIBS.
