ALISO VIEJO, Calif. and PHOENIX, Sept. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Microsemi Corporation (Nasdaq: MSCC), a leading provider of semiconductor solutions differentiated by power, security, reliability and performance, and Avnet Memec, a division of Avnet Electronics Marketing, an operating group of Avnet, Inc.
