With more than a decade of quality and performance improvement experience with Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY) and ExcelaCom Technologies, including successful completion of high-level consulting engagements with global leaders such as Verizon Communications, ESPN and Arbitron, Daniel Bharadwaj brings deep subject matter expertise to his new role with Billtrust. He has served as a trainer, advisor and mentor in multiple fields, including quality assurance, software development, customer service, billing operations, program and project management, performance management, corporate strategy and talent management.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Ecommerce Professional, Mr. Bharadwaj holds an MBA from PSG College of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Madras Christian College. He is an expert in Lean Six Sigma, ISO Quality Series, Kaizen and Maturity Models such as CMMI. He has delivered presentations at numerous professional conferences and serves as a Board member of the Quality Management Division of the American Society for Quality. Mr. Bharadwaj is also an active member of the Project Management Institute and a participant in special interest groups for metrics and information systems.
