(NYSE: SFSF), the global leader in business execution software, today announced a strategic reseller partnership with NEC, a global leading IT service provider that represents one of the largest SaaS reseller deals in Japan. As part of the relationship, NEC will resell SuccessFactors’ Business Execution (BizX) software through NEC global cloud-based global human resource management solution “Cultiiva Global/HM”. The solution will be sold by NEC’s global sales force and will provide additional opportunities for SuccessFactors to improve business execution for customers worldwide.

Personnel data is managed at a secure data center owned by SuccessFactors to help prevent information leaks and ensure a controlled environment for data.
