The purchase which closed on January 1st, 2012 adds over three thousand new customers to Resort Broadband´s rapidly growing customer base.
According to Resort Broadband President Evan Biagi, the purchase is the most recent investment in a decade-long commitment to being at the forefront of Internet connectivity in Colorado. Since its inception in 2001 Resort Broadband has continually invested in cutting edge technology for its customers. In addition to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations, Resort Broadband has also acquired the online media components of the vail.net and colorado.net websites. These sites represent an online visitor´s guide to the Vail and Beaver Creek areas. The success of the vail.net domain has been apparent since the site was originally launched over 15 years ago. “This advertising based component of the company is a unique opportunity to reach many thousands of visitors and to drive revenue to local businesses.
