Want to get in shape? There’s an app for that! CDPHP® is pleased to announce the debut of CDPHP InMotion®, a fitness tracking application that uses smartphone technology to log workouts, count calories and keep tabs on your health. And best of all, it’s free!

Albany, N.Y. (PRWEB) February 23, 2012

CDPHP InMotion® allows users to effortlessly save and upload workout routines and nutritional information, create and map fitness routes, and share that information with friends. The CDPHP InMotion® website records workout details, including duration, distance, pace, speed, elevation, calories burned, and route traveled – all on an interactive map.

The fitness tracking application uses the built-in GPS of your mobile device to track your fitness activities, and is compatible with the iPhone, Blackberry and Android.
