MARSTEL-DAY Wins $20M Award from Norfolk District, Army Corps of Engineers

Rubin, President and CEO of MARSTEL-DAY, LLC, an environmental and conservation consulting firm based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, announced today that Marstel-Day has been awarded a $20M Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to provide environmental support to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District over a five year period.

Work to be performed under the Contract includes support work in the areas of environmental restoration, conservation compliance, pollution prevention, technology, scientific studies, sustainable land use, and real estate.
