Polystar’s high-performance stress and feature test tool Solver, fully integrated with the visualisation solution Jupiter, gives network operators and service providers true visibility into the voice quality delivered by their core networks. Polystar’s Active Voice quality solution provides a genuine view of the voice quality by generating calls through the network. The calls are made to and from any point in the network equipped with a Solver Call Generator. Each call is evaluated with the PESQ algorithm, an industry standard for voice quality measurements. Unique multi-dimensional reports provide users with customised real-time and individually adapted dashboards: created on selected intervals, they will display chosen KPIs, such as call success ratio, average MOS score, average delay and many more.
