Savtira Selects Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service, Bolsters Its Cloud Commerce Platform

Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service was recently enhanced with several key new capabilities including a new Knowledge API, Multifactor Authentication, Facebook Conversation Access and improved Intent Guide functionality. Knowledge API will help enable Savtira to enhance service quality and increase self-help opportunities by leveraging Oracle’s RightNow Dynamic Agent Desktop Cloud Service from any application, service or device, delivering Knowledge as a Service capabilities.
Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service includes a Multifactor Authentication (MFA) process, that strengthens authentication to help reduce the risk of data compromise. This feature is designed to build consumer trust and confidence that transactions are occurring in the most secure cloud environment possible.
Savtira also utilizes Oracle’s RightNow Facebook Conversation Access component to aid in marketing products on Facebook and to enhance the social experience. This allows organizations to subscribe to a Facebook page or RSS feed from within Oracle’s RightNow Social Monitor Cloud Service, which is a social media monitoring tool that lets brands listen and join conversations that consumers are having about a company’s products and services.
On January 25, 2012, RightNow was acquired by Oracle. Together, Oracle and RightNow can enable a superior customer experience at every contact and across every channel.
