Explore Anywhere Holding Corp. Announces New CEO

April 20, 2012

WABASH, Ind., April 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Explore Anywhere Holding Corp. (OTC/QB: EAHC), specializing in developing computer monitoring solutions for parents, corporations, and educational facilities, today comments on Bryan Hammond resuming the title of CEO, and the past and future of the monitoring software market.

Bryan Hammond, Founder, President, and Chairman of the Board of Explore Anywhere Holding Corp. commented, “It has been several years since I held the title of CEO. I’m glad to resume the title since, while I am the Company’s principal executive officer, the title of CEO leaves no room for confusion as I conduct the affairs of the Company.”

Additionally, Mr. Hammond commented on the monitoring software market, “Since I founded the Company, the security of children on the Internet has always been the key concern. Years ago, sexual predators were perceived to be the main danger. However, while that threat still exists, the rise of social media has led to the emergence of cyber-bullying as, in my opinion, public enemy number 1. In this changing environment parents and educators can feel helpless. I believe that awareness and prevention are the critical tools to fighting these new threats. As such, I believe that our monitoring software products can serve in detecting and preventing cyber-bullying.”

Company Software Update:

Next week the Company plans to announce new enhancements to the Keylogger PRO 2012 and Spybuddy® 2012 software code.
