Mach 1 Development, Inc. and Global Velocity Inc. Announce MOU to Pursue Joint Technology Project
LEESBURG, Va., May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Mach 1 Development, Inc. and Global Velocity Inc. announced today that they have executed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop a proprietary information authentication, management, exfiltration detection, alarming, and interdiction solution using existing Mach 1 and Global Velocity technologies. The companies anticipate signing a definitive agreement to formalize this project by June 4, 2012.
This MOU serves as an important step in establishing a mutually beneficial relationship between the companies. “Our technologies are highly complementary,” said Mach 1 CEO Paul Greene. “We believe that by working together, we can create new solutions for our customers.” Global Velocity CEO Greg Sullivan agreed, emphasizing that “this alliance will enable us to provide additional security solutions for both our commercial and governmental clients.”
