Jack Welch Announces Partnership in Evaluate to Win

PHOENIX, May 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Jack Welch, the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric, announced his participation in a new company today – Evaluate to Win (ETW). Based in Phoenix, Ariz., the company is a collaboration between Welch and Lee Benson, CEO and founder of Able Engineering and Component Services.

ETW is a cloud-based software application that uses employee evaluations to drive organizational accountability, profitability and growth. Welch, who describes ETW as “the best business management system I’ve ever seen,” is a partner in the new venture. He is actively involved in strategy, marketing and consulting with ETW clients, establishing best practices designed to help their organizations win.

In 2006, Benson developed ETW for his Phoenix-based aerospace engineering and services business. Over the last five years, the system has helped the company realize over 20 percent compounded annual growth, with a 300 percent growth target by 2017. Benson recently collaborated with Welch on commercializing ETW – a refined, updated and digitized version of the system Welch used to manage GE.
