Mayra Marquez Promoted to Senior Account Manager at South Florida’s Pronto Post
South Florida direct marketing and product fulfillment company, Pronto Post, has promoted its employee Mayra Marquez to Senior Account Manager. Ms. Marquez is responsible for handling many of Pronto´s customers including all product fulfillment accounts.

South Florida direct mail and product fulfillment company Pronto Post has recently promoted its employee Mayra Marquez to Senior Account Manager. Mayra is in charge of handling all the product fulfillment accounts. Pronto has been expanding its product fulfillment business and is positioned for further growth in the fulfillment market.
Mayra Marquez was hired by Pronto Post in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to joining Pronto she worked in the Banking and Real Estate industries. Her responsibilities have grown at Pronto as she learned the mailing and product fulfillment field. She has also taken the lead in handling product fulfillment customers as that side of Pronto´s business has grown.
“We knew when we first hired Mayra that we had made a good choice,” said Pronto Post´s General Manager, Andrew Diamond. “Though she didn´t have the experience in the fields of mail and product fulfillment, Mayra was a quick study and was handling accounts on her own in a short amount of time. Mayra began by assisting the other customer service representatives, and soon was handling her own accounts. As product and literature fulfillment accounts came in she soon took over those customers. The high degree of attention to detail and complex record keeping necessary were suited to Marquez´s past experience. Soon she organized existing accounts and has been handling new product fulfillment accounts as they have come in.
“Mayra has become a vital part of the literature fulfillment and product fulfillment process and team,” Diamond said. “She works well with the other members of the team, and together they have created an efficient and accurate operation. Our customers love working with her because they know they can rely on Myra to get it right the first time. She has earned her promotion to Senior Account Manager.”
Pronto continues to focus its marketing efforts on attracting new product fulfillment customers. Lately they have focused on Canadian companies selling products to Canadian and U.S. customers. Substantial savings in postal costs can be achieved by sending parcels from the United States as compared to mailing from Canada.
