Motorola inadvertently revealed the full specifications for its new Atrix HD mobile phone on its website Thursday morning, although the page has since been taken down.

The company apparently jumped the gun in displaying the information, which included a splash page with full specs and a sign-up button for the Atrix HD, the latest device in the company´s splash resistant Atrix lineup.

According to the spec list, the Atrix HD runs on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, and includes a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a 4.5-inch HD ColorBoost display made of scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass, an 8-megapixel camera in the back and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera.

The touchscreen device also features on-screen navigation keys, a 1780mAh battery, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage and up to 32GB of external storage. The 140-gram, 8.4mm-thick handset also includes a Kevlar microweave fiber backplate for added strength and durability.

Motorola is reportedly targeting business users with the Atrix HD, with features such as mobile hotspot functionality for up to five tethered devices, HDMI video output and Bluetooth 4.0, according to a SlashGear report.

The device will also come pre-loaded with the Webtop app, which converts the phone into a PC replacement.

Motorola has not yet disclosed pricing and availability for the Atrix HD, although the AT&T logo on the front clearly indicates which carrier will be supporting the device.
