July 26, 2012

GILBERT, Ariz., July 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Infusionsoft, creator of the all-in-one sales and marketing software for small businesses, is rolling out its Small Business Success Tour 2012. The tour is an effort by Infusionsoft to equip small businesses nationwide, and into London, with the tools and strategies necessary to strengthen their sales and marketing so they thrive, not just survive. At each stop attendees will receive hands-on training from Infusionsoft product experts and they’ll hear success stories from other small businesses such as Iron Tribe Fitness, the 2012 Infusionsoft Ultimate Marketer.

In addition to the events themselves being offered free of charge, attendees are also given a free copy of Infusionsoft’s Small Business Success Playbook, full of useful information detailing lifecycle marketing and the Perfect Customer Lifecycle, a new method of sales and marketing planning that thousands of small businesses are following to experience great success.

“Infusionsoft prides itself on being more than just a software company. Being a go-to resource that small businesses worldwide can rely on for sales and marketing strategies and best practices is a driving force behind everything we do,” says Infusionsoft vice president of communications, Kathy Sacks. “There is so much information out there when it comes to sales and marketing–and owners of the smallest businesses have a lot of questions. Through this Success Tour, and other educational programs, we are providing business owners with new ways of solving problems and implementing sales and marketing strategies that really catapult their businesses.”

The first event in the series took place in New York City on July 12 with hundreds of business owners and their teams sharing best practices and learning from top small business experts. Upcoming stops for the tour include:

  • San Francisco – Aug. 16
  • San Diego – Aug. 24
  • Chicago – Sept. 13
  • Los Angeles – Sept. 28
  • Boston – Oct. 5
  • London – Oct. 12

The main topics covered at the events include: lifecycle marketing, driving higher customer referral traffic, calculating and optimizing the lifetime value of customers, creating a constant flow of new customers, building a healthy and responsive database, and getting the right message to the right person at the right time. Each event is free to attend, but the space is limited so prospective attendees need to register early.

Forrest Walden, founder of Iron Tribe Fitness, and Jim Cavale, vice president of operations, presented in New York City giving attendees impactful insight into how they grew their Alabama-based fitness business from one to four locations in just two years.

“The Small Business Success Tour’s first stop was a huge success with nearly 200 attendees walking away armed with exactly what they need to gain momentum for their companies,” says Ramon Ray, New York City and New Jersey regional development manager for Infusionsoft and editor of smallbiztechnology.com. “It’s always exciting to see firsthand the excitement these entrepreneurs have. They are hungry for usable, step-by-step guidance from seasoned small business pros that they can immediately take back to their own businesses.”
