Premium Verizon wireless retailer opens new location, increases customer confidence

SEATTLE (PRWEB) August 07, 2012

Cellular Sales, the nation´s largest Verizon premium wireless retailer, recently announced the grand opening of a new store at 12301 Lake City Way NE in Lake City.

“The best way we can serve our customers is by having a knowledgeable staff,” said Kris Cline, regional director at Cellular Sales. “This begins and ends with customer-centered training and selective hiring.”

Cellular Sales was founded in Knoxville, Tenn. 19 years ago and has, for the past four years, been named by Inc. Magazine one of the nation´s fastest growing privately-owned retailers, operating more than 500 stores with nearly 4,000 employees. The company currently operates three retail locations in Washington.

According to Nielsen reports, more than 46 percent of Americans own smartphones. As mobile devices become more complex, educating each individual about different devices and capabilities becomes more important. This is the reason Cellular Sales has dedicated itself to providing one-on-one service for customers, so they can receive that one-on-one education.

The Lake City store is currently hiring seven new sales positions, which will be filled by local job seekers.

“Week-long, national training is required for all employees, as well as mandatory ongoing training while they work in our stores,” Cline said. “If the customer isn´t happy, we aren´t happy.”
