NSCAA and RainedOut Expand Partnership

The new two-year agreement provides NSCAA and its 30,000+ members with a reliable and award-winning mass notification service at no cost. With the partnership agreement in place, NSCAA members will also simultaneously help raise money for NSCAA headquarters.
