The Nex Flow Ring Vac Compressed Air Operated Conveyor is now available in the following sizes: ¾”, 1”. 1-/4”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2” and 3” in both aluminum and stainless steel.

Nex Flow Ring Vac systems are Pneumatic Conveying units with virtually no moving parts that can convey solid material at high rates and over long distances. It utilizes compressed air for a powerful, efficient venture action along its length in a compact design for high capacity conveying over large distances. Simply clamp a standard hose size to each end of the Nex Flow Ring Vac to create the high energy conveying system. No moving parts means maintenance free operation with the flow rate and capacity controlled using a pressure regulator.

The standard Nex Flow Ring Vac system is available in anodized aluminum and stainless steel from ¾” to 3” outside diameters. Threaded aluminum, stainless steel and threaded stainless steel units are available from 1” to 2”.

Applications include the following:

1.    Convey ball bearings, screws, metal and plastic parts from machinery.

2.    Loading hoppers with resin on molding machines.

3.    Convey small items including food items from cheese bits to dried peas.

4.    Load and convey caps in bottle filling lines.

5.    Replace high maintenance blower systems, especially in intermittent applications.

6.    Waste trim removal in paper, film and foil converting

7.    Convey pills, capsules and tablets

8.    Thread conveying in textile operations.
