Laguna Tools will be featuring woodworking machines at its booth #5547 at the IWF show in Atlanta.

Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) August 23, 2012

Warning, if you´re opposed to sawdust flying, machines humming away, and woodworkers creating everything from surfboards to gun stocks right before your eyes — then steer clear of the Laguna Tools Booth #5547, because the action will be fast and furious!

“We strive to give trade show attendees the opportunity to actually experience a number of products working, rather than simply describing what they can do to visitors,” said Torben Helshoj, President of Laguna Tools. “It would be like going to a car dealership and not taking a test drive before buying it.”

Torben, a master craftsmen and winner of the prestigious Silver Medal for outstanding woodworking awarded by the Queen of Denmark before founding Laguna Tools in 1984, he said the goal has always been to make the Laguna Tools Booth a much-anticipated trade show destination display.

“It would certainly be easier and less expensive to have a static booth with no machines running or wood being cut, but that´s not what we´re all about,” he said. “We´re woodworking enthusiasts ourselves, and we´re proud of the equipment we´ve developed“¦ so why not show prospective customers what they can do!”

According to Torben, the Laguna Tools Display will feature a wide range of equipment in action, including its hugely popular lineup of CNC machines, bandsaws and a new 3/2 Bandit Edgebander.

“It´s going to be a very lively and highly informative display, with cabinet-making demonstrations, and even a surfboard and gunstock being milled,” he added. “When professional woodworkers and serious hobbyists see just what our innovative equipment can accomplish, they usually become Laguna Tools customers.”
