CareAnyware Launches New Hospice Quality Data Capture and Reporting Measures for Customers

CareAnyware, the leading provider of web-based home care and hospice software, announced that their hospice customers will now have access to data capture to meet the requirements of the NQF #0209 Comfortable Dying Measure, put in place by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and slated to begin on October 1st 2012. These features build upon CareAnyware´s existing clinical platform, which provides clinician-friendly, best-in-class technology to over 200 home health and hospice organizations throughout the U.S.

To make this change as simple as possible, the new questions be added to the existing visit note where they will be clearly visible and easy to access to ensure that clinicians won´t miss them. In addition, CareAnyware has also provided quick access to a follow-up note, outside of the clinical system, that also captures the information that´s required. No additional software or 3rd party integration will be required for CareAnyware customers to report their data.
