Customer Focus Launches Free eCommerce Solution For SMEs
COSTA MESA, Calif., Sept. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Customer Focus, a division of Altitude Group Plc. (ALT.L), has become the first software provider to offer free versions of an enterprise level business management software to the 28 million strong SME market in North America.
The complete solution combines web sites and e-commerce with a full business management suite allowing small businesses to enjoy extensive functionality normally only available to companies with substantial IT resources.
Delivered as a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) the Customer Focus solution is ‘cloud’ based and accessible from any PC, Mac, iPad, tablet or Smartphone without the need for any downloads or plug ins.
Based in California with offices in Canada and the UK, Customer Focus is a brand of a multinational corporation that develops, supplies and supports enterprise level cloud-based software tailored to meet the needs of small business owners.
