KINGSTON, Jamaica, Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Digicel Group Limited today announced that it has received and accepted for purchase approximately $340.5 million aggregate principal amount, or 82%, of its outstanding 9(1)/8% / 9(7)/8% Senior Toggle Notes due 2015 and approximately $909.8 million aggregate principal amount, or 91%, of its outstanding 8(7)/8% Senior Notes due 2015 (together, the “Notes”) validly tendered by 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 18(th), 2012 and expects to pay for tendered Notes on September 19, 2012.
