Vringo, Inc. (AMEX:VRNG): Shares of Vringo, Inc. (AMEX:VRNG) continued to soar on Thursday after a federal judge removed one of the last hurdles that could have halted Vringo from going to trial on October 16. The company filed a patent suit against Google Inc. and others. The judge threw out the defendants’ motion for summary judgment, which could have prevented a trial. By market close, shares of Vringo soared 22.09% to US$5.25 and made a new 52-week high of US$5.55.
