MindAlive Accepts Five Wins Including Outstanding Light and Sound Machine Manufacturer At 2012 Light and Sound Mind Machine Awards. Five awards is the most ever awarded to a single light and sound machine manufacturer. MindAlive received the “Best Light and Sound Machine” and “Best CES Device” awards for the DAVID Delight Pro light and sound machine with CES (Cranial Electric Stimulation). The award for “Best Supporting Modality” was awarded to the CES stimulation feature of the DAVID Delight Pro with CES. MindAlive also received the “Best Light and Sound Machines Accessory” award for their innovative Tru-Vu Omniscreen Multi-Color Eyesets. David Siever also took the “Outstanding Light and Sound Machine Manufacturer” award for excellence in quality, research and customer service. Based in Canada Mr. Seiver accepted the awards remotely and prepared an official acceptance statement.

“For the past 30 years, all of us at Mind Alive Inc., have pushed hard to discover the benefits of stimulation technologies in general, and in particular, AVE. So it is indeed an honor to receive these awards. I wish that I could have been there with you and Michael to receive it. We never seem to stop moving! Just last week we added a behavior questionnaire, which helps guide the user to the AVE session type that he/she would most likely benefit from. We have also just added the SMART, an AVE device designed primarily for college students, based on my article that was recently published in Biofeedback magazine. Thanks again for the honors and recognition! All the best!” says Dave Siever, designer of the DAVID Delight Pro and head of MindAlive.

The Annual Light and Sound Machine Awards is an awards presentation that recognizes the best the light and sound industry has to offer. Winners are chosen for their merit, ease of use, effectiveness, innovation and quality. The awards take place in late September each year beginning in 2012.

“The purpose of the Annual Light and Sound Machine Awards is to recognize the best of the best in the industry. Awards are given to the most innovative, high quality and most effective devices and modalities available.”, says Michael Landgraf, author of Mind States — An Introduction to Light and Sound Technology.
