Taco Time Northwest Pushes the Limits with Innovative Online Marketing Campaign

Internet Marketing Agency, Bonsai Media Group, and Social Media Agency, Project Bionic team up to develop an innovative, socially driven online contest for Taco Time NW.

Bonsai Media Group, an Internet Marketing Agency based in Seattle has created the first ever web based contest that integrates four different social API´s from google +, facebook, twitter, and foursquare.

The contest idea was created by Social Media Company, Project Bionic. TacoTime NW approached Project Bionic to come up with a creative and compelling advertising campaign to celebrate Taco Time´s 50th anniversary by rewarding Taco Time´s Ultimate Fans. Enter Bonsai Media Group to develop the back end technology to make the idea come to life.

Taco Time Northwest´s Ultimate Fan Challenge allows competitors to earn points by registering for the contest with all four of the aforementioned social media accounts, promoting the contest to their friends and creating and sharing content required to pass each level of the contest.

CEO of Bonsai Media Group, Jason Labaw says, “We are constantly trying to push the limits and possibilities of the internet and immerging technologies“¦.this project is just the beginning.” Labaw said, “We wanted to integrate four social API´s in to the contest, and to our knowledge, it´s the first of its kind“¦as a young company, it´s something we´re very proud of.”

Taco Time NW´s goal is to decrease advertising spend on traditional media and focus more on being creative with new media capabilities. The contest runs through December 16th, 2012. The grand prize winner will receive $10,000, 2nd prize is $1,000 (awarded to 3 winners), and 3rd prize is a $100 gift card. (awarded to 22 winners).
