Redesigned Ideeli App and Social Consumer App Kapture Released
Fueled Collective touts newest releases.

Fueled, the mobile app design firm that manages the Fueled Collective workspace, announced the launch of the long anticipated redesign of the Ideeli app and the new social consumer app, Kapture.
Ideeli is a members-only community that lets consumers shop must-have brands from the worlds of fashion, home, and beauty at big discounts. The Ideeli app, had originally been released in 2011, to less than stellar reviews from users. This year, Ideeli turned to Fueled to completely overhaul their user interface and mobile technology. Although the project’s manager, Aubryn Thompson, says that while the debugging phase is still not complete, the new app design is a major upgrade from its previous version, “The updated app is not only gorgeous, it´s much more user-friendly,” says Thompson, “and even includes a few tricks like overscroll on the product pages, for more advanced users.”
Fueled also announced the recent release of Kapture, an app that lets users connect to brands and businesses in NYC. The free app allows users to take photos of “moments” that local businesses set up. If they do, and then share those moments to their feed and Facebook or Twitter they can collect prizes offered by that business. Prizes can range from coupons and vouchers to free drinks, bags and clothing. Take a picture of your favorite blend at a local coffee shop, and win a free cup the next time you come in!
“Kapture turns anyone taking a photo into a brand ambassador,” Michael Szewczyk, founder of Kapture, told Mashable in an interview. “This allows businesses and brands to benefit from the billions of photos that people take each month, and users to earn something outside of just social.”
