Hireology Adds New Feature to Platform
Users Now Able to Customize SmartRank Survey
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) December 07, 2012
Hireology announced that users are now able to customize the SmartRank survey. This news comes just weeks after Hireology announced the online platform will be undergoing a redesign.
The redesign enables users to remove SmartRank statements that are irrelevant to the position, create customized true/false questions and develop questions which, if answered incorrectly by a candidate, will eliminate them from the running. The SmartRank survey will also hide resumes that do not meet the requirements of the position.
“Hireology’s SmartRank survey has been one of our most coveted pieces of functionality. It gives users a way to narrow down their applicant pool, so that they can spend more time reviewing the best resumes and less time digging through unqualified candidates,” explained Margot Nash, Hireology’s Product Development Director.
Users also have the ability to develop their own surveys. Rather than be limited to predetermined survey questions, each user can build a SmartRank survey from the ground up.
