Kimberly Graham | Director of Client Success

Kimberly Graham has more than 13 years of combined industry experience with ERP, CRM and eCommerce solutions working for Sage, NetSuite and Junction Solutions. She has held leadership roles in channel marketing, complex CRM system implementations representing both internal and external users and client services and is passionate about working with customers and driving client satisfaction and positive outcomes. In her new role with Sererra, Kimberly and her team will manage client relationships from the initial on-boarding process through the entire customer lifecycle to ensure that client expectations are exceeded. Her team will also drive business and revenue growth with Sererra clients in alignment with their requirements.

Chance Berry | Director Business Development

Chance´s career in the Information Technology industry began with building a start-up called ERP.com. Chance leveraged his sales and marketing abilities to ERP publishers like those of NetSuite, Infor, IFS, Epicor and Sage to sign with ERP.com for marketing and lead generation campaigns. This ultimately allowed him to jump the fence and work with an independent software provider called Master System, Inc. as their Director of Sales and Marketing. He quickly adapted and learned how to effectively produce results not just in sales and marketing, but in operational streamlining with customer service as well. He started and developed the entire cloud product within OMS ERP in a matter of months of being there while running all web operations and working on his own direct sales. Chance´s drive is to bring in and create true business relationships and provide service that is next to none, while continuing the reputation of what Sererra strives for, to make their clients´ businesses successful.

Jimmy Juarez | Director Business Development

Jimmy brings 10 years of experience in the CRM space where he specializes in building solutions around Salesforce’s suite of cloud technologies for sales and customer service operations. He has served in various capacities to successfully deliver projects around custom application development and system integration for enterprise clients. In addition, he enjoys following social media, web development and eCommerce trends. He has a strong passion for assisting non-profit organizations achieve their missions and regularly volunteers around his community. Jimmy studied Biomechanics at Chapman University where he learned to appreciate the intersection where form meets function and how to apply it in challenging business settings.

Erin Tran | Project Services Delivery Manager

Erin Tran brings over 15 years of management experience improving and managing operational business processes and projects. Having worked with companies from the inside and with clients who needed her expertise, Erin is positioned to help Sererra continue to grow. Her enthusiasm for technology, particularly cloud-based ones such as Salesforce.com and Intacct, enables her to understand how to achieve client satisfaction while continuing to build and improve processes with the team. Erin is committed to working with the Sererra consultants, project managers and the sales team to ensure the flow from sales through go-live is a smooth process both internally and for our clients who deserve nothing less.

James Bokar | Senior Implementation Consultant

Jim comes to Sererra from TOA Technologies where he sourced, implemented and then managed Intacct for nearly four years, producing results that were recognized with Intacct’s presentation of its Business Value Award this fall. In total, Jim has more than 30 years experience in business. After receiving his CPA with Ernst & Young, he progressed through technical and management positions in both public and private industries. In the last 14 years he has been involved with several challenging business system upgrades, conversions and retooling, all with the goal of improved efficiencies, quality and a return on the invested capital.

Andreas Mantius | Business Process Engineer / Implementation Consultant

Andreas started at Sererra as an implementation consultant – a move that came from looking for a professional change in life. He has been professionally implementing NetSuite software as the core backbone of a business´s ERP, CRM and financial structure for two years. Clients say that his professional demeanor, problem solving and actionable personality make for a good consultant. He has worked for various NetSuite partners, and has worked on projects that included implementing sales solutions for sales reps, a financial system for a business selling 3D printers, and assisting with the printing and mailing of a healthcare insurance company´s paperwork. Implementing NetSuite and seeing the successful outcome that helps a business run more effectively and efficiently drives his motivation to provide clients with top-notch consulting.

Hanne Dietrich | Implementation Consultant

Hannie has over twenty years of experience in Finance Management, and more specifically in the accounting arena. She is experienced in establishing accounting systems and structures and analyzing and managing accounting reports and general ledger journals. Having studied in Denmark, Ms. Dietrich is knowledgeable in international security transactions for central and domestic commercial banking. She has been involved in many auditing projects, financial system conversions and application upgrades.
