This means a manager or executive can silently observe a client call with a newer employee (monitor), assist the employee without anyone overhearing (whisper) or join the conversation as needed (barge). Secured with PIN numbers to ensure that only approved users can monitor calls, users have the option to notify attendees with a built-in legal announcement that the call may be recorded.
