Clemex appoints a “Chief Operations Officer”

MONTREAL, Jan. 21, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ – Clemex Technologies Inc. (TSXV:
CXG.A), designer and manufacturer of Image Analysis systems and
software for microscopy applications, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Monique Dallaire, currently VP Product Development and
Marketing, a new position as Chief Operations Officer of the Company.
Mrs. Dallaire, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from McGill
University combined to an Executive MBA from the University of
Sherbrooke, thus becomes number two in the Company’s chain of command.
Mrs. Dallaire currently head of the Product Development and Marketing
departments will now add to her management responsibilities, overview
of the R&D group located at Clemex’s head office as well as a small
team of workers located in France, at RAL Diagnostics SA, Clemex’s
European partner for the hematology project. This group will be working
directly to the final steps of development of the Company’s latest
instruments as far as validation, introduction and marketing of the
medical instruments for Hematology applications and eventually
instruments to be designed for applications in Bacteriology. The Board
of Directors has approved this appointment and granted Mrs. Dallaire
12,500 Stock Options at $0.125, closing price of last Friday.
