Napkin Venture to Lead Traction Program for Small Businesses through the Texas State University SBDC Round Rock Campus

Austin consulting firm Napkin Venture in partnership with the Texas State University Small Business Development Center, Round Rock Campus has created the Traction Program for post-revenue small businesses to help them gain the skills they need to grow and scale to the next level. The program will provide a virtual “Nano-MBA” for participating businesses.

Local consulting firm Napkin Venture will partner with the Texas State University Small Business Development Center, Round Rock Campus to provide a series of courses to help small businesses accelerate to their next level of success. The Traction Program will provide a 10-week course to post-revenue businesses seeking to reach the next level of profitability. The experienced team of consultants at Napkin Venture will provide a challenging curriculum with coursework designed to give business owners tools they can implement immediately in the real world. Topics will include strategy, scaling, leadership, intellectual property, market assessment, operations, and more. This course will provide a virtual “Nano-MBA” for business owners to help them increase their skillset quickly and affordably.
