VCE Vblock Systems Selected As Converged Infrastructure For New GOV.UK Website

Skyscape Cloud Services – a VCE, VMware, Cisco and EMC partner – was named primary contractor for hosting the site by the UK’s Government Digital Service. VCE Vblock Systems are being deployed in UK-based data centers in support of a major digital services effort that hosts a variety of departmental websites, expands digital services and is expected to result in substantial taxpayer savings.
