PolicyPak Enforces and Locks Down FileMaker Pro
The new Pak gives IT admins the ability to lockdown configurations in the popular database program.
(PRWEB) February 08, 2013
FileMaker Pro is the latest application to be tackled by PolicyPak Software, the leader in desktop management and Group Policy.
The pre-configured Pak for FileMaker Pro gives admins a way to enforce and streamline configuration settings, so users get a predictive experience every time they access the application. The Pak allows admins to disable particular control settings so users can´t modify them. In addition, settings can be completely hidden as well, so users can´t even see them. A video demonstration of the FileMaker Pro Pak can be found on the PolicyPak website.
IT Admins and network administrators who want to try out the PolicyPak software can get a free trial by attending a Group Policy Webinar at the PolicyPak Website, or by calling (800) 883-8002.
“Do admins really want users modifying the configuration settings for an application that integrates directly with your valuable data? Of course not, and that´s where PolicyPak comes in.,” says Jeremy Moskowitz, founder of PolicyPak Software and Microsoft Group Policy MVP.
PolicyPak can deliver settings using Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft SCCM, Dell KACE, or any other management tool.
