Top Hat Monocle Announces Distribution Partnership With Pearson
TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Top Hat Monocle, a provider of technology-based classroom and homework innovations, today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Pearson, the world’s leading learning company. The two companies will work together on a number of initiatives benefitting higher education, beginning with a discounted, packaged subscription to Top Hat Monocle’s classroom response system, offered as an option with purchases of Pearson college textbooks and education products.
In addition to the packaged subscription, Top Hat Monocle has begun the process of integrating Pearson content into the Top Hat Monocle platform; specifically, the company will provide clicker questions, polling and other textbook-specific content for individual Pearson titles, giving instructors pre-built course materials ready for use in the classroom.
