BirthRecords.us.org Sees Increased Repeat Business After Raising Customer Service Benchmarks

Building customer trust leads to improved sales for the birth records company.

Aurora, CO (PRWEB) February 15, 2013

BirthRecords.us.org said that repeat customers nearly doubled over the past three months as their improved customer service efforts began to show their value.

“Repeat business is the core profit point of any company,” said company spokesman Josh Fraser. “It’s a lot easier to resell to an existing customer than it is to initially sell to a prospective customer. That’s why we put such a high value on this new trend.”

Fraser said that the company’s audit numbers show that repeat customers outnumbered new customers for the first time during any three months in the company’s history.

“This comes from listening to our customer’s feedback about their customer service experience with us,” Fraser said, “and then making changes to our customer service structure in response to their questions and concerns.”

Fraser said that switching from a plan that rewarded customer serviced agents for making new sales to a plan that rewarded them for getting positive customer feedback seems to be why repeat sales improved.

“Once we stopped trying to have our call center sell them on our products and instead focus on making our customers happy, sales improved,” Fraser said. “It goes to show that the best advertising is simply offering a positive service experience.”

The company now plans to take money out of their advertising budget and apply it to new customer service initiatives.

“We’ve learned that the way to make our company grow is to find new innovative ways to make our customers happy,” Fraser said.
