PublicRecords.us.org Simplifies Search Results For Their Customers
New reports will more easily allow people to find what they are looking for.
Buffalo, NY (PRWEB) February 15, 2013
PublicRecords.us.org has changed the way their reports are delivered to customers to make them more easy to understand, company officials said yesterday.
“When people do a background search with us, they are given a lot of information,” company spokesman Josh Fraser said. “Often there’s more information than they really need. The new structure of the reports will allow them to more easily scan for the data points they are looking for.”
When someone does a background search on the company’s website, all of the available public records of the person searched become available for the customer to pursue. The information contains a wealth of data, from parking tickets to marriage and divorce records to criminal records.
“If you are just trying to make sure that your daughter isn’t dating a married man, you don’t really care about whether the person you are looking up had speeding tickets back in the ’80s,” Fraser said. “On the other hand, if you are doing background checks on a potential employee, you don’t care if he’s been married or not. You just want to see if he has a criminal record.”
Under the old format the records were chronological, creating a mix of different types of information as people read through it, the company said.
“Now the reports will be broken down into categories,” Fraser said. “So, you can skip certain types of records if that information is not relevant to your search. Overall, this will give our customers a much greater value for their search.”
Thousands of warrant checks, public records and employment searches are conducted on Public Records daily. For more information on these background check services, visit the PublicRecords.us.org website or contact the Customer Service Manager at manager(at)publicrecords(dot)us(dot)org.
