Kinetic Systems Inc., Signs Technology License with Amerimade Technology for Advanced Wet Chemical Process Solutions

Kinetics, a global full service process and mechanical contractor, specializing in the design and installation of process piping, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems, and equipment solutions announces the creation of a Technology Agreement with Amerimade Technology. The agreement covers all aspects of process, hardware and designs related to Electroplating, Surface Preparation and Electropolish advanced process applications.
Over our 40 year history, Kinetics has partnered with its clients to install generation, purification and distribution equipment for high purity chemicals, slurries, gases and water required for semiconductor, solar/photovoltaic, biopharmaceutical, and other advanced technology manufacturing facilities.
This Agreement will enhance Kinetics global equipment portfolio which currently supports the following markets; Semiconductor, Advanced Packaging, MEMS, Data Storage, Compound Semiconductor, PV Solar, Biofluidics/Medical Device and Biopharmaceutical.
Under the Agreement, Amerimade Technology will be an OEM manufacturer to its current customers who will have the option of ordering directly from Kinetics where Amerimade will manufacture and private label the equipment at its Livermore CA facility.
