A well-respected leader in his field, Malino will direct several mission-critical initiatives in his dual role. As General Counsel he will be the lead negotiator in partnering activities and responsible for all legal affairs. As Chief Intellectual Property Officer he will be instrumental in both protecting and monetizing PureCars’ proprietary technology.

Malino will continue to teach at the Charleston School of Law as an adjunct professor two nights a week.
