Corsis Advises Coaxis in Acquisition of 4Projects
Information Due Diligence Audit provides key element of Coaxis, Inc., dba Viewpoint Construction Software Acquisition

As a result of the transaction, 61 employees from 4Projects will join the Viewpoint team and the company´s product portfolio will become available in the United States, Canada and Australia, Viewpoint´s primary markets, as well as its current market in the U.K., the Middle East and continental Europe.
In connection with the acquisition, Corsis evaluated the scalability and growth potential of 4Projects’ project collaboration software and infrastructure. The Corsis assessment team applied the Corsis Confidence Index℠ against two audit tracks, Software Architecture and Network Infrastructure. Corsis auditors evaluated the feasibility of integrating 4Projects software into the Viewpoint Construction Software suite, and assessed the potential of deploying it across a large-scale global SaaS infrastructure.
