Chef Jekyll to Be Featured at Second Annual Taste of North Bay
Chef Jekyll to be among local chefs and restaurants providing culinary presentations and wine pairings for the Taste of North Bay´s charity event.

Several local chefs and restaurants are teaming up to provide culinary presentations and wine pairings for the Second Annual Taste of North Bay, which will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at North Light Yacht Club in Niceville, FL.
One of the featured chefs is Carey Stegall, better known as Chef Jekyll, of Jekyll — A Private Chef, LLC, in Destin, FL. Last year, Chef Jekyll presented his Sockeye Salmon Chowder, which was a huge hit with the 75 guests who attended the event, along with his Bourbon-Hoisin Pork Tenderloin Skewers and Mussels with Red Wine and Spanish Chorizo.
This year, the charity event will be twice as large and the planning committee is expecting over 200 guests at North Light Yacht Club. Chef Jekyll will be demonstrating a fantastic Cream of Potato Soup with Bacon and Asparagus Tips for the crowd, along with his popular Curried Rotisserie Chicken Salad Sliders.
The money raised from this event will go to the Air Commando Association Foundation Endowment and That Others May Live Foundation.
“These two organizations are extremely worthy charities, and as a former military member, I am proud to offer my services to honor those who support Wounded Warriors and their families through scholarships and endowments,” said Jekyll.
Jekyll is also donating a $275 gift certificate for his popular “Romantic Evening for Two” for the event´s silent auction.
