Electronic Verification Systems Releases Product Updates and API Enhancements

March 20, 2013

EVS announces API updates and enhancements to the IdentiFlo Management Platform including additional security options, knowledge-based authentication questions and improved batch processing.

Louisville, KY (PRWEB) March 20, 2013

Electronic Verification Systems (EVS) recently announced the release of several API enhancements as well as enhancements to its IdentiFlo Management Platform. These enhancements will add security options, knowledge-based authentication (KBA) questions, and improved batch processing, among other product updates.

“We have listened to our clients and have added enhancements that will make the entire identity management and authentication process easier and even more effective for our clients,” Eric Knapp, Vice President of Client Services, said.

As part of its recent enhancements, EVS has doubled the number of KBA questions in its system. These questions benefit EVS clients by providing an accurate and non-intrusive means to verify identity based on knowledge only the true user would know. EVS has taken its KBA questions one step further by having questions not contingent upon previous addresses, providing more complex verification questions for users who have never moved.

The update has also brought increased functionality to its IdentiFlo Management Platform´s batch processing. Users can now upload files, log out of the platform, and receive notification via email when the batch has completed, helping streamline a previously tedious process. Users can now also select the codes and description fields he or she would like included in batch results.

In addition to the batch processing update, EVS has also created additional security options, giving account administrators the ability to hide all references to social security numbers and dates of birth to protect private information.

“These product updates are just another step toward EVS perfecting its identity verification products,” Knapp said. “Throughout the upcoming months, even years, EVS will continue making not only great new products, but updating existing platforms to keep up with the ever-changing needs of the identity verification industry. This dedication with help us maintain our position as not only industry leaders, but industry innovators.”
