Pennsylvania College of Technology Lists Surplus Heavy Equipment for Sale on Municibid

In an online auction that started on April 8th and ends on April 22nd, the Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of Penn State University, is selling heavy equipment for additional non-tax, non-tuition revenue.
